Psalm 62 is a Psalm of David.

“Trust in God at all things” Psalm 62:8

David expressed his feeling to god and then reaffirmed his faith. Prayer can help us relieved from our tensions in times of emotional stress, trusting god to be our rock, salvation and fortress will change our entire outlook on life, when we are resting in god`s  strength nothing can shake us David was seeking refuge during  Absalom`s rebellion(2 Samuel 13:18). His trust and quiet confidence is stated in these Psalms.

Our life is short, it is like a breath and that our days are like a fleeting shadow. Our lives are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. So we must live for god .Trust in the lord, and don`t despair. When we are caught paralyzing fear and deep depression come to the lord and say I trust you lord and make your life worthwhile, purposeful   and meaningful.

He is  our loving God

Our fortress                            

Our stronghold

Our shield

And   our refuge

Trust him and be blessed.
